In response to the Men Ending Violence Against Women summit yesterday, which was sponsored by the Office of the Vice President, I decided to use what I learned, coupled with resources at the event, to make a Passive Program about Domestic Violence. The program explains what is domestic violence, signs of it, statistics among black and latino women, and how to prevent it. As men of Morehouse and men of the Avant Garde Community, it is important to be abreast on the maladies and social problems in our communities, in order to be change agents. Hopefully, my residents will peruse over the information, and use the information to better themselves.
